It is about offering a pluralistic approach in relation to designing, planning and implementation of our programmes and projects. It is a strategy for achieving people’s centered-development, ensuring equality among men and women and finally ending gender-based and sexual violence. RCDI has ensured and will continue to ensure equal representation and participation of both men and women in its peacebuilding and development approaches.
